Contact us directly at 304.503.BOWS to confirm availability and schedule a free initial consultation with the Director of HeartStrings Academy.

The consultation is your opportunity to learn what HeartStrings is all about and ask any questions you might have.

Step 2

Please read our HeartStrings Academy Parent Guide & Policies. Each instructor has their own policies document available to view or download.

Then, fill out the form below. A registration fee is due upon completion.

Step 3

You will receive emails from us detailing your lesson schedule and payment plan, your first invoice, and instructions for setting up a payment method for autopay.

You will receive 5 “Flex” lessons with your annual tuition that can be used throughout the Summer, for parent/instructor consultations at anytime, or for extra lessons (skype/facetime/in person) as needed throughout the year.

Yearly tuition for Kid’s Violin includes  37 lessons and various group events/workshops throughout the year. 32 of the lessons will be regularly scheduled and 5 lessons will be “Flex.” The schedule can always be viewed on our website calendar here.

Yearly tuition for Adult Violin includes 37 lessons (32 regularly scheduled and 5 “Flex”).  The schedule can always be viewed on our website calendar here.

A $100 one-time administrative fee is due at time of registration. Registration is not accepted without payment of the initial fee.

All information you provide to HeartStrings Academy is confidential and will not be shared.

I have read the full "HeartStrings Academy Parent Guide & Policies"

I, (parent or legal guardian), give permission for my child to participate in the online classes using Discord, Zoom, and possibly BandLab. I understand that Heartstrings and Education for Happiness will make every effort to supervise and keep participants safe during interactive sessions, however Heartstrings and Education for Happiness cannot be held responsible for all content on these platforms. We encourage parents to monitor these experiences and to communicate any concerns. Please review Privacy Policy statements for Discord (https://discord.com/safety), Zoom (https://zoom.us/privacy), and BandLab (https://blog.bandlab.com/privacy-policy/).

I authorize HeartStrings Academy to initiate electronic debit entries for payment of tuition from my chosen credit/debit card or bank account. I understand my account will be set up for automatic tuition drafts based on the payment option selected. I understand that I may quit at anytime, but there will be no refunds for auto debits already made.

I understand the missed lesson policy and will refer to it when lessons are missed to determine allowed options.
